Nila Consultancy for Disability Inclusion (NCDI) works to promote the full participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of society. Our focus areas are designed to support governments, development partners, NGOs, private sector organizations, and communities in creating inclusive environments where everyone can thrive

Structural Barriers

Identifying and removing physical, institutional, and environmental barriers that prevent persons with disabilities from full participation in schools, health centres, workplaces, and public spaces.

Strategy

Designing evidence-based strategies that move organisations from disability intentions to measurable, dignified outcomes — aligned with the CRPD and national frameworks.

Policy

Supporting government and non-government partners to develop, implement and monitor disability-inclusive policies that protect rights and allocate resources equitably.

Culture

Shifting attitudes and norms through community engagement, awareness campaigns, and amplifying the lived expertise of persons with disabilities as leaders of change.
